Director of NIL Business - The Kingdom NIL, LLC
JOB DESCRIPTION
Work in a fast-moving and changing landscape of Name, Image, Likeness with the collective of UCF. Have the ability to handle all aspects of bookkeeping for the Kingdom NIL, LLC including, but not limited to, athlete contracts, financial projections on expenses incurred based on new deals and overhead expenses, being able operate by- sport budgets, managing projections and budget analysis for monthly memberships as well as helping manage donor CRM platform. Have a part in all aspects of the NIL Collective including helping run events, assisting on social media, interacting with players, donors, and fans.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in appropriate area of specialization as well as 3 years work experience in applicable field.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience in Microsoft Office, with a focus in Excel.
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Experience in a CRM platform.
Strong interpersonal skills
More General Job Tasks and responsibilities
Administer expense reports, invoices, reimbursements
Be the lead on year end tax reporting. Organize and work with the collective’s accounting group. Work ahead on this to be prepared for fiscal year-end reporting.
Be willing to work 9-10 Kingdom Fundraising events a year, as well as home football games and weekend events of other sports.
Must have ability to interact on different social media platforms
Assist in donor stewardship
The is a benefits eligible position, and salary is subject to experience/qualification level.
The position is remote work, office space can be made available if needed. Must reside in the greater Orlando, Florida area to be present for potential weekly meetings and events.
