The 2023 NCAA Convention will be in-person in San Antonio, Texas. Core meetings and events will take place from Wednesday, Jan. 11, to Saturday, Jan. 14, shortly after the College Football Playoff championship game (Jan. 9) and before Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Jan. 16).  

All 2023 Convention participation will occur on-site. While there will not be any virtual offerings during the Convention week, on-site education sessions will be recorded and made available to NCAA members after the Convention. The Honors Celebration, Woman of the Year, State of College Sports and Saluting Excellence events will be streamed publicly and will not require a Convention registration to view.
