Anchor Impact Fund Announces Team-Wide Deal for Vanderbilt Baseball
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Anchor Impact Fund has signed the entire Vanderbilt baseball roster to a team-wide deal, the first of its kind for any Commodore program and one of only a few nationally.
The deal signifies a landmark moment for college baseball’s most prestigious and accomplished program, which consistently exemplifies excellence on and off the field.
“This partnership, thanks to the generous support of the Anchor Impact Fund and its contributors, will empower our student-athletes to not only excel in their sport but also in their personal and professional lives,” Vanderbilt baseball head coach Tim Corbin said. “We are grateful for the trust and investment placed in our program, which was earned by these student-athletes.”
The Anchor Impact Fund, dedicated to empowering Vanderbilt student-athletes, has shown its commitment to the Commodores by initiating this noteworthy collaboration.
“We firmly believe in the potential of all Vanderbilt student-athletes, and this collaboration with the VandyBoys underscores our commitment to their growth and development,” Anchor Impact Fund executive director D’Juan Epps said. “We are thrilled to be a part of this historic moment, and we are confident that this name, image and likeness initiative will set new standards for empowering student-athletes.”
With the signing of each member of the VandyBoys, the Anchor Impact Fund will provide unprecedented opportunities for Vanderbilt baseball student-athletes to leverage their name, image and likeness in a way that enhances their collegiate experience and sets them up for success in the future.
Founded in the belief that there is a different and more impactful way for Vanderbilt student-athletes to participate in the NIL landscape, the Anchor Impact Fund allows a student-athlete to help charitable organizations in Middle Tennessee while navigating and maximizing their NIL potential. It is a key resource for more than 350 Commodore student-athletes. More importantly, these activities foster deep and meaningful relationships among Vanderbilt student-athletes, the organizations with which they are involved, and the Middle Tennessee community.
