Mick Hamilton has been an invaluable asset to Icon Source since joining the company in May 2021. His visionary leadership, dedication to organizational excellence, and unparalleled willingness to roll up his sleeves, take on any task, mundane or glorifying, and see it through have positioned him as a critical figure in the company's growth and success.
Mick first joined Icon Source as an unpaid intern over the summer of 2021; since then, he has taken it very personal to go beyond what he is asked to do to find ways to make sure Icon Source will win. He quickly moved into a role overseeing athletes and agents that he excelled in, coming from a background in recruiting at the University of Cincinnati. "As Director of Talent, Mick showcased the ability to communicate with sophisticated agents as well as athletes to help them understand how to best leverage the Icon Source platform for deals and payouts.
As Vice President of Operations, Hamilton will have a critical role working on both sides of our marketplace, attracting new brands as well as overseeing our talent strategy. His experience in talent management will also enable him to bring a unique perspective to operational excellence, ensuring that the company remains agile, forward-thinking, and responsive to internal and external changes.
