MOGL Hires Sales Development Representative Xavier Lezynski in Raleigh, NC
Former Notre Dame football player and brother of ND football coach joins NIL platform
RALEIGH, NC (JANUARY 2022) -- MOGL, the first fully functional and NCAA compliant online marketplace to connect businesses and brands with collegiate athletes for opportunities to monetize their name, image and likeness (NIL) recently hired Raleigh, North Carolina based Xavier Lezynski to be the sports tech start-up’s newest sales development representative.
In his new role, Lezynski drives the growth of the MOGL customer base. Specifically through customer outreach, onboarding and education. Lezynski manages the entire sales process and coordinates with campus ambassadors on sales strategy and effectiveness. Lezynski will work closely with MOGL Customer Success Manager Nicolette Ruiz, also a Notre Dame alumni.
“MOGL is thrilled to integrate another team member from South Bend,” said Brandon Wimbush, MOGL Co-Founder and Chief Athletic Officer. “MOGL will certainly benefit from his drive and ambition.”
Prior to joining MOGL, Lezynski was a sales associate and has experience in athletics advancement. Lezynski’s experience includes conducting content research, implementing hospitality programs, coordinating football player outreach and being a former NCAA athlete himself.
Coming from a long family lineage of accomplished Notre Dame athletes, Lezynski worked tirelessly to walk on to the Fighting Irish football team.
“It’s just been in my blood pretty much my entire life,” said Lezynski.
Through his determination, he made it onto the team. Now he hopes to create memorable experiences for collegiate athletes in the NIL era.
Not only Lezynski's family lineage, but also his immediate family ties to South Bend are extremely strong. His brother Blaise played baseball at Notre Dame and runs Onora whiskey, based in South Bend. Lezynski's brother Nick played football for and is now a football coach at Notre Dame. His sister Siobhan was also on the Pom Squad at Notre Dame.
Lezynski has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Notre Dame.
