With a distinguished career in the sports industry spanning over two decades, Madlock joins Blueprint Sports’ leadership team to spearhead growth and innovation across the company’s vast portfolio of NIL collectives.

Madlock brings extensive experience from his roles in professional and collegiate sports with Learfield, the Dallas Wings, the Houston Dynamo, and many more. Throughout his career, his focuses have mainly been on revenue generation, business development, and enhancing sales culture. His appointment underscores Blueprint Sports’ commitment to building a leadership team with invaluable expertise in college and professional sports, and its grander mission of empowering student-athletes at the highest levels through comprehensive NIL solutions tailored to their unique needs.
