Blueprint Sports Welcomes Casey Shaw as New Vice President of Sales
Award-winning executive brings over two decades of experience in the sports marketing arena.
LAS VEGAS (August 16, 2022) – Blueprint Sports (BPS) is excited to announce the hiring of Casey Shaw as the new Vice President of Sales for the West. As part of the executive leadership team, Shaw will be responsible for setting revenue goals and providing strategic guidance to maximize business opportunities and relationships, along with developing new partnership deals on a regional and national level.

Shaw has over two decades of experience as a sports marketing industry executive, working with the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders Football Club (FC), and IMG/Learfield. During his time with the Seattle Seahawks, Shaw managed the sales and services teams which contributed to record setting attendance numbers and revenue for the franchise. At the Sounders FC, Shaw secured various corporate partnerships and increased revenue gains to unprecedented levels for the suite and premium seating areas.
Prior to joining Blueprint Sports, Shaw spent nearly six years developing and managing multi-media partnerships with national and regional brands, for University of Washington Athletics.
“With my industry experience and passion for college athletics, joining the team at Blueprint Sports is undoubtedly the right fit,” said Shaw. “The opportunities for student-athletes in the NIL space are endless and I can’t wait to help build on the foundation that this team has already started, creating additional partnerships in the regional and national fronts.”
Shaw holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Washington. During the 2019-2020 season, he was recognized with the Learfield Chairman’s Club Award for being a top nationwide revenue producer.

About Name, Image, Likeness (NIL)
On June 30, 2021, the Division 1 Board of Directors approved an interim name, image, and likeness policy. This new policy allows all NCAA D1, D2, and D3 student-athletes to be compensated for their NIL as of July 1, 2021. Student-athletes can now engage in paid community appearances, autograph sessions, youth coaching engagements, and sports marketing campaigns.
