The experienced sports industry executive leader will help drive the next phase of growth and innovation for Blueprint Sports NIL collectives.

LAS VEGAS (June 24, 2024)Blueprint Sports (BPS) the industry leader in full-service Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) collectives, is excited to announce the hiring of Gerry Dickey as the company’s new Vice President of Client Partnerships - East. A seasoned sports industry executive with over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles, Dickey will help develop and enhance strategies that will maximize growth for collectives in the BPS national portfolio, with a focus on programs on the Eastern side of the country.

In his new role, Dickey will collaborate with staff across collective organizations, university athletic departments, and third-party partners to expand the influence of NIL collectives at NC State, the University of Maryland, Boston College, Penn State, and beyond. He will also play a crucial role in guiding both collectives and athletic departments through the forthcoming transition to a new NIL model in 2025, crafting innovative strategies and sustainable solutions to propel each program confidently into the future of college athletics.

Most recently, Dickey served as the Vice President of Events for REVELxp, where he directed the Topgolf Live Stadium Tour and coordinated stops at 24 NFL, MLB, and college stadiums. He also created and launched “Stadium Swing,” REVEL’s immersive golf experience that debuted at Fenway Park in November 2023.

Before his tenure at REVELxp, Gerry worked with Learfield in the multi-media rights industry, holding positions at Oklahoma State, Toledo, and Clemson. His last three years at Learfield were as a Regional Vice President, overseeing 12 university partnerships. Gerry’s extensive background also includes eight years as the Assistant Athletic Director for Football Operations at both Ole Miss and the University of Tennessee. His diverse experience in event management, multi-media rights, and athletic administration highlights his comprehensive expertise in the sports industry, and the value he brings to Blueprint Sports’ national team.
